Where is my order?

You will receive an email update from FineryJewels when your order is dispatched with postal tracking reference. This reference can be used to track the progress of your parcel with the courier directly.

How do i cancel or amend my order?

On the occasion that you wish to cancel or alter your order, please get in touch via our contact page our Customer Service Team will try their best to assist you within 24 hours.

How long does a return/refund take?

Once we have received the returned package it is then being prepared for quality inspection. This can take up to 2-4 working days depending on delivery.

Can i get my ring resized?

We do not offer complimentary resizing. In the first instance we would look to exchange the ring for the size required ensuring this is returned in brand new condition. For further advice, please get in touch to our Customer Service Team.
